When will MSN Hotmail upgrade to 250MB?

anyone know when we get 250MB storage. ive still got the same one site said this .

Microsoft have begun increasing free users accounts to 250MB storage and their paid subscribers to 2GB of storage. We exclusively revealed the details of extra storage back in June.

thanks lethal.

Edit: Thread title changed. More descriptive thread titles are encouraged. Thanks.

I believe Microsoft plans to increase the amount of storage for free accounts sometimes this month.

Are you sure this is an officially public MSN link? I just registered with Hotmail, and only have a 2MB quota.

It is in changing we find purpose

here's what I did..goto hotmail.com and follow the link under "MSN Hotmail upgrade" this link is just above the ".NET sign in".

isn't a 250MB not available as yet?

btw I just saw this link and posted. I dint see any new releases about the upgrade till now.

What narayanan said is true. After going to hotmail's page and clicking on the link he/she mentioned it does take you to the imagine-msn site. Either way it clearly states "Coming this fall" and I believe we're still in Summer so we'll have to wait until then to have 250mb storage.

Australia's MSN web site about it's NINEMSN Hotmail, says from September onwards, NINEMSN will increase their free Hotmail accout inbox to 250 MB, also will be able to send attachments up to 10 MB. In addition, free Hotmail customers will also recieve NINEMSN Calendar, so YAY! MSN Calendar is free again.

The web site is here... http://www.imagine-msn.com/hotmail/en-AU/faq.aspx
