MSN Messenger 7 Beta for Friends & Family

Microsoft has sent the following email to MSN Messenger 7 beta testers:

Go to http://beta.microsoft.com

Log in with their passport

Enter BetaFandF (case sensitive) as the Guest ID


Fill out the "MSN Friends and Family Testing Opportunity" survey

When asked for Sponsoring BetaID enter: 517611

Getting assistance with the beta

For support during this beta, you will need to submit bugs via Betaplace, or visit the beta newsgroup.
Since we're all friends here, have a ball!

Of course, you should remember that this is beta software and not all features work. Use at your own risk.

Follow the instructions in my initial topic (up above). Once you're accepted, you'll be given a download link.

You could also download a bootleg copy, although that would be frowned on by Microsoft. Or you can wait a couple weeks until Microsoft opens up a public beta test.
