how can I remove that ad in the bottom of the messengers main window?

Messenger Plus can hide that ad. If you have Messenger Plus, then on the Messenger Window, go to Plus, preferences, and then contact list. You can select to hide the ad from there.

If you do not have messenger plus, you can get it from Here.
If the thought of something makes me giggle for longer than 15 seconds, I am to assume that I am not allowed to do it.

I do have messenger plus but I wasnt aware of that option. Thank you
