MSN/Hotmail Problems.... please help

I get the 0x81000303 error message when I try to log-in to MSN Messenger, it says my sign-in name doesn't exist (but it does?) or my password is incorrect but it's not! I've tried running "regsvr32 softpub.dll" but that does not work. Also, when I try to log-in to any Hotmail account the error page "This page cannot be displayed" appears. Somebody please help, this is serious, I need to view my emails urgently.

Also, try doing a forum search for the error you specify. The search button is almost at the top of the page, on the right hand side. It's been discussed before.
