Do you have a firewall running?

If so, which one, and try disabling the firewall, then see if the problem still occurs.

Then, if it works, it is obviously the firewall which is causing a problem. But before we can tell you how to give permission to allow the file transfers, lets try and determine what is causing the problem.

Ah well, if the file gets sent sometimes, then it can't be the firewall.

As for what a firewall is, here's a couple of definitions:

Quote:
quote: A method of protecting one network from another network. A firewall blocks unwanted access to the protected network while giving the protected network access to networks outside of the firewall. A company will typically install a firewall to give users access to the internet while protecting their internal information.
Quote:
quote: Software (or a computer running such software) that prevents unauthorized access to a network, by users outside of the network.
Quote:
quote: Hardware or software that secures computer files by blocking unauthorized access.
