MSN Messenger ver.7 Beta (but him ago also with the ver.6.2)
I enter as the user Admin, run the MSN Messenger and the window appears me as in Enclosure 1 (foto:Allegato 1), where they miss the additional cards (MSN Alerts, MSN Italy,...).
I change the user of the PC (power user), run the MSN Messenger with the same Net Passport and the window appears me as Attached 2 (foto:Allegato 2) : the additional cards there I am.
Because when I enter from my accont (admin) they miss me.
Perhaps some service Windows disabled?
