PLEASE help me!!!!

Okay, I've been without MSN for months and months now. I haven't been able to fix this problem. Please Please help me!! When I sign in the troubleshoot comes up, so I click it and it says you're internet may not have connectivity and gives me this error code: 0x81000364 - has anybody had this problem. I have reinstalled it numerous times and called my internet company and they said it's a problem with msn. I beg of you to give me any help you can. I would appreciate it so so very much. Please help!!!

Hi Lindsay,

What firewall do you have? Have you tried turning it off?
It is also possible that some evil spyware made you connect via a proxy server.
To check if this is the case open Internet Explorer, click Tools, then Internet Options. Select the Connections tab then click your connection in the list and click settings.
Uncheck "Use a proxy server for this connection" and click ok twice.
Download, install and run Ad-Aware, Spybot Search & Destroy and check your pc for virusses.
