i have recently got a new PC running windows XP.
when I try to change my secret question, password or profile, the page will never load, it starts but then just stops and will remain 'white.' everything else works fine. are there any settings that need to be changed?

Could be your Internet Explorer settings. Try setting everything to default and lowering the security setting just to see.
