You may have heard about Spotify... it's a popular music streaming service that began in Europe and is now launching in the U.S.

Personally, I've been using my own local iTunes library and supplementing with Pandora to mix it up a bit. I've played a little with Amazon's Cloud Player, which is interesting, but doesn't give you access to music you don't already own (or have in your local library, for the most part). I'm also intrigued by the forthcoming cloud music service from Apple.

But Spotify is getting a ton of buzz recently, so when Klout offered a perk to it's users to be one of the first to get a U.S. account, I jumped.
