Hi, and welcome to BBB. Download Spybot Search and Destroy here, install it together with the latest updates, and do a complete scan of your system. Super Antispyware is another good antispyware program. Download the free version and its updates, and do another scan after Spybot has finished. Unlike antivirus programs, you can have more than one antispyware program present in your system.

As an added security measure, you should also scan your system for viruses after this. There are many good online scanners available for free, try the ESET online scanner here.

If you don't currently have an antivirus program in your PC, I'd recommend AVG7.5 Free, obtainable here. However, ensure that you have only one antivirus program resident, otherwise there are bound to be problems.

Good luck, and please post back to let us know how it goes.

Welcome to BBB! As Philip mentioned, those two programs are very good for removing spyware.

If those don't take care of your problem, I've found what I think you are referring to as "Spyware Isolator" which is a very nasty thing to have on your computer. The manual removal instructions are quite detailed, and if you have to resort to them be 100% sure you understand what you are doing and you follow them to the letter! Here is a link to manual removal instructions if you need it, but hopefully you'll be able to take care of it with spyware scans.

Please let us know how it goes

lovergirl, in the link that Doris provided (post #3) click on it, wait till the page loads. There's another clickable link called automatically scan your PC for spyware isolator. Download and install it and rescan your system. You don't want remnants of that crap on your system. Get rid of it.
