MSN Messenger OSI not working

Hi there,

Please help on this. i have the OSI code generated and put on the web. It shows the status online but whenever i clicked on it, it shows Sending a message to loonyew@hotmail.combut after that it just redirect back to the original page and no chat window is opened for sending message.

for your info. loonyew@hotmail.com is not the account i used to login to the messenger in my local computer.

What is the possible problem that may cause its not working? Thank You.
