Hi there,

I can confirm not being able to enter Odigo, not Odigo express for the last few days. Odigo Express opens upa pop up window that times up,
whilst the real program doesn't get me anywhere past the log-in screen.

In fact, being a long time user as well, I'm a bit worried about this (as it is my visually favourite IM) so I implore anyone who did manage to log to share this.
The fact they have stopped responding to e-mail from the site is not encouraging either.

Yours sincerely,
Uzy.

As of Tuesday morning, it is still down... I'm beginning to worry about Odigo, been using it for years, still my favorite IM, despite all the quirks. Even sent a messege to Comverse, company who owns Odigo now, still no reply. What's going on?

I have had the same problem for 4 or 5 days and have confirmed it with other friends who use Odigo. Annoying that that there has been no statement from Comverse on their website.

Hi,
may be good news? odigo back now
on odigo.org you'll find the following banner :
Odigo is currently experiencing some technical problems which will be solved ASAP.
i have connected successfully now after 5 days of blackout but I was unable to send any message in my contact list.
let's hope these problems will be solved

Thanks for your welcome kyuubi.

I can confirm it is working after all this wait.

It may be a precaution on Comverse's part to wait a while for the mass userbase to pour (or twinkle? it's not exactly mainstream) back in before allowing to surmise that all's well that ends well.
And perhaps, so should we.

Still, it's good to be home after this long exile isn't it?
Uzy

may be it was only technical problems as they said, but now I can't change my status from invisible to visible mode, I always have same error message E003 failed to change to invisible mode.even if i'm invisible, and can't go back to visible mode ??
