Izimi.com today announced that it is on the lookout for more GREAT developers to expand its development team.

Developers and testers:

Salary range: £20,000 to £60,000 (dependent upon experience)
Location: Oxford, UK
Position: Permanent

Are you a super human dot net, Delphi developer or tester, capable of leaping tall projects in a single bound and burning holes in timescales with your infrared laser beam eyes? Then we need you to join our team of international super heroes to bring our new project to life and revolutionize the internet as we see it.

Developer roles
The ideal candidate should be extremely talented in ASP.Net; Windows Forms.Net (C#) development, XML, XSLT, XHTML, Borland Delphi an advantage, and have a minimum of 1 year’s commercial experience. Network socket programming essential. Strong object-orientated design and coding skills, and a knowledge of SQL Server (SQL 2005 an advantage).

The successful applicants will:

• be creative and self motivated

• enjoy working in a relaxed but high pressure environment

• demonstrate competent OO design & coding skills

• be involved in the design and implementation of exciting technical features such as P2P networking topologies, IM, VoIP, File Transfer and more...

• contribute to front and back end architectural design

• write test harnesses to aid with unit and stress testing of application objects and services

• liaise with test manager to aid with application maintenance

• report to the development director

Testing role
The ideal candidate has more than 2 year’s experience in a structured test environment with Microsoft Windows client and server platforms, test-automation tools (preferably Mercury toolset), user interface and web browser application testing. He or she would probably have a development background.

The successful applicants will:

• Write test scripts

• Build automated test scripts

• Perform manual and automated testing

• Contribute to test planning

• Work across all project areas, including unit testing, integration testing, system testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing, stress testing

• Be involved in the definition and development of test tools

• Report to the test manager, adopt project standards for issue reporting, test management and project and resource planning
