Webcam for trillian pro

I am a current user of trillian, I wanted to know if the webcam works with Trillian Pro. Are there any bugs with the webcam feature? Do you guys think its work purchasing?

The webcam works with Trillian to Trillian at the moment, or Trillian <--> Yahoo ONLY if the person is using an old version of Yahoo (before 5.5). I'd recommend not buying Pro until the next version is released which fixes this problem.

I'm a big fan of Trillian Pro, and one of the reasons is the webcam feature. With the Yahoo webcam, you can do one thing that MSN Messenger (my latest favorite) can't do: publish simultaneously to a webpage. All you need is a Geocities account:

http://geocities.yahoo.com/v/ao/cam/

Then, when you are logged in with Trillian Pro, broadcasting your webcam, any user can see you, not just if they are on IM. I find this extremely helpful, as many folks like to see if I'm at my desk before IM'ing or calling. This way, it also lets friends who are not on IM see the webcam, as well.

Yes, Trillian Pro has really dropped the ball on the webcam support (upgrading, multi-platform, quality), but for the basic, as well as the renaming and multi-name combining features, it's worth the measly $25. I DO wish it was not a yearly fee, however. That alone may make me rethink my paying...
