Not today...
Voice chat is sometimes tricky to get working even when both parties are using AIM or MSN. Just imagine how many more things could go wrong if one or both were using Trillian. Personally, I don't use Trillian for video chat either, even though the Pro version finally supports it properly in Yahoo. It seems to do so very inefficiently, at least on my poor old computer.
If you must use voice or video, your most reliable solution will be the native application (i.e. MSN). Since most of my messages are text-based. I'll run Trillian much of the time. If I want to establish a voice or video link with a friend, I'll ask them to hang on for a minute while I login using the native instant messaging program (and out of Trillian). It's not the most elegant solution, but it works well for me.
