AIM profile for Trillian wont edit!!!

Ok, i hope im just not being retarded.I've had Trillian 2.0 for a while,but I never had this problem before.Every time i go to chang whats in my profile & directory,i click finish, i exit trillian and sign back on only to find out that it went back to what i had previously written.

for ex.in my profile i erase "bob smokes grass after kickin your ass"
then i write in its place "Korn kicks ass and plays reel fast"
then i press finish and sign out.

When i sign back on it goes back to "bob smokes grass after kickin your ass"
I seriously need help with this,its driving me mad!!!!

Ok im retarded.Tha problem was that i changed tha properties of tha profile to a read only file.

yp spikey how do you make an AIM profile for trillian 2.0. i just made the change last night and havent a clue on how to set up it up like AIM

ok, at tha bottom of trillian you'll see your accounts all lined up(aim, icq, irc, msn, & yahoo). Click on aim, go to personal options,then edit profile.

I was reading this thread and i found out how to modify my profile, but much like spikejay i can't make the changes permanent. How do I change the file from read only?

find the profile u want to change (normaly in program files/trillian/users/{trillian login name}) right click aim(or whatever profile that needs changing) and go to properties and uncheck the read only box under attributes.
