How do I join an AIM exchange 4 chat? It seems I can only join exchange 5 chats. Thank you for your help.

An exchange 4 is a private chat, I don't think you are allowed to enter those on AIM either, unless you get an invitation from someone in the chat, so it's basically the same on Trillian. Bottom line: You need an invite
