Riiight.

Here goes my down lo on it -

At first Trillian is a "b-word that rhymes with witch" then, as you get used to it, you begin to refuse everything else because they just aren't the same. This process is a very educational experience... you learn good people skills [apologizing to your contacts after Trillian denies you of signing on] oh and patience! You learn that you can be everywhere at once even though you swear you're offline. You also become immune to frustration.

...and then of course...

You laugh when someone says "it's too beta for me" because by this point you've forgotten what beta means.
