Trillian Astra was just released to a small group of people for first looks and testing, so it won't be out for awhile. And like Trillian 3.x, there'll be a free and a pro version, the latter costing some undisclosed amount of money.
It is now available on invitation only. However, it is going to be opened up to Pro members as well very soon.
If you want to help test Astra you have to sign up to receive an invitation. Pro members get top priority and it is great. If you are a pro member, basic user or just want to try it out you need to fill out the sign up sheet you can find it by searching for trillian astra signup on google it is listed as Cerulean Studios’ Blog » Blog Archive » Alpha Signups
I don't know about anyone else, but I am sick and tired about waiting for the final build of Trillian Astra to come out . And when it eventually does, IM would probably be outdated and no longer flavour of the month. Till then, I'll stick to WLM (which for all its imperfections, is still one nice IM client), thank you very much.
