Trillian refuses to show my contacts!! Please Help!

Hi,

I just finished downloading Trillian Basic, I typed in my @live.ca email address, But it will not show any contacts, Weither they be online or offline. All it shows it the group "Offline" and its empty. It shows that it connected and when this account receives emails it notifies me right away, But will not show any contacts. I have tried uninstalling,Reinstalling, Installing on another computer. All with the same results. The email account works fine with MSN Messenger. Can some Please help me?

Hi and welcome to BBB. I'm not the Trillian guru here, but I did some digging in the Cerulean Studios website and discovered your thread there. To me it seems like a technical glitch regarding the problem with your contacts not showing up.

I know you'd like to use Trillian as your AIO, but maybe it's worthwhile to try some other multi IM clients (while waiting for them to release Astra, don't hold your breath). Clients like Pidgin or Digsby come to mind.
