How do I cleanly reinstall Astra? Recently started crashing!

I tried asking this on the official Cerulean forum dedicated to Astra, but I am not getting any useful help at all there. Nobody is motivated to help me.

I'm not sure what happened, but a few months ago, trillian astra started crashing when trying to add buddies, send/receive files, and other very basic features.

I am guessing there is something in my installation causing this problem. However, I haven't been able to do a clean installation. The only thing I've tried is deleting (and everything inside the folder):

C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Trillian

and

C:\Program Files\Trillian

Any useful help would greatly be appreciated!
