Errors :(

Hey guys! I`m new on this board

I got a problem everytime i hit trillian preferences/plugins the same error is occuring :

I assume you've tried this: "... take note of any changes you've recently made to Trillian and try to reverse them if possible. If you've installed a new plugin, try removing it and see (if) the problem persists."

I'm also assuming that it worked in the past. If so, when did it stop working, and what changed?

Finally, sometimes the quickest fix is to uninstall and reinstall. Have you tried that?

i did... even uninstalling but nothing working again the same...
