Trilliam Pro Webcam issues

Hey,
I've gotten trillian pro 3 and every time I try to open the video chat, it says "an unexpected error has occured"
I have tried the webcam on my Mac (running windows, of course)
and also a logitech webcam on a compaq and a dell computer; all give the same error and do the same thing. Both machines have the drivers for their webcams updated to the fullest extent and the settings in trillian are set to use the correct hardware.
Anyone have any ideas on what the problem is?

And also, This Trillian Astra, does it have video chat abilities? I mainly want a clean program that can do video chat and trillian pro is the only one I have seen that can supposedly do that.
