Yahoo Undercuts Skype
Via Yahoo! Messenger, Yahoo! has begun offering PC-to-Phone at rates well below those of Skype.
As yet I believe this service only operates in 8? certain countries: Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand, but not yet in USA or other countries. Their rate information at http://voice.yahoo.com displays/redirects differently depending on which group of countries you're in.
