Webcam Blue Screen

Hey, awesome site you have here.

Ok, a few months, I brought a webcam, Mikomi believe it was.

Whenever I used it on MSN Messenger 7.5, it was working fine.

Two/three months ago, when I started it up in MSN Messenger 7.5, the screen was blue, the Hue/Saturation levels were perfect and even in Programs like AmCap, the camera worked fine. But the screen in MSN Messenger was just blue.

Yesterday, I brought another Cam, another Mikomi because it was what I could afford, £10, not really complaining for a 16 year old lol. So I unistall all previous Mikomi drivers/programs and install my new cam and it's drivers and for some reason, the same thing is happening, it's working fine in AmCap/Video Monitor etc just apart from MSN Messenger,

Any tips/help/ideas/ solutions would be very appreciated.

You need to update to Windows Live Messenger. MSN Messenger is phasing out.

I'm having the same problem and I'm using windows live messenger,Im using my old webcam that worked fine on 7.5 but later I reformatted and installed live.I think I selected my webcam when it asked me what hardware I wanted to use but I didn't have my wecam drivers installed back then yet it worked.Today I tried to use it and got the blue screen so i installed the drivers but still get it.

It might be a conflict between my FushionHDTV TV card cause all my programs related to my webcam detect the tv card first,is there anyway to select the hardware i want to use on msn?
