eyeball problems
not exactly sure which forum to post this is, because i am not sure if it is an eyeball problem or a bigger one.
i had trouble logging on to my eyeball chat program for a week now. keep getting an error msg saying it has timed out. so i tried to go online to their webpage to get help. i could not access their web page. after a very very long wait, i would get a page saying that the page could not be found, and suggested other links.
meanwhile, my friends are logging into eyeball chat with no problem and are able to access their webpage. a friend gave me a number to call for eyeball. i called and got a general message delivery prompt, and left a msg. no surprise, i never got called back. so i called again and dialed a random extension number. i was told eyeball chat does not do any phone support, that i would have to go on their webpage to the help section. i tried to explain that i cannot access any eyeball webpages. he said i should call my ISP because the problem is at their end.
an hour later, brighthouse has had me ping www dot eyeballchat dot com, through the CMD prompt which timed out, and do a tracert, which timed out. they say there is a problem on eyeball chat's end.
any suggestions? thanks for any help!
