i have hear from many people that this is possible that u can view someones cam without permission.
Is there any expert know, that how is it possible that u can view somone one cam without Permission.

Nope. It can't be done. Unless someone has installed some software on your computer (it's happened). Or unless you're stupid enough to configure your IM to automatically accept all webcam requests without prompting. Even then, you would know that someone is watching, so it's not really entirely without permission. Just without a brain.

No, it's not possible unless you blindly allow all webcam view requests. I'd know this for a fact.

You can't, sorry. There's no way to. If you see software that claims to - it's most likely malware.

Let me just confirm here - you are asking us where to download the software (for free no less) to seriously invade someone's privacy and view their webcam without their permission?

Yeah, a couple of years ago it actually used to be possible - now it's not.
