MSN Messenger Service Problems
Jeff Hester MSN Messenger was plagued by sporadic outages Tuesday and Wednesday. Many people had their buddy lists wiped out, and many more were unable to login to the service. I tried several times throughout the day Wednesday with no success. Microsoft is aware of the problem but as of Thursday morning had not identified the cause. I was able to login and use the system this morning, and thankfully, did not lose my buddy list (though a friend did).
