Microsoft today announced that their Windows Live Messenger beta is now available to anyone who wants to download and use -- no invitation or goofy "account provisioning" required. If you've been waiting to jump on board, now's the time to check it out. Visit the ideas.live.com website, scroll down to the Windows Live Messenger section and click download.
The latest build is very reliable. The Live Messenger team has cleaned up the look-and-feel -- it really is a nice interface -- and it now loads as quickly as ever. Check it out, then let us know what you think.
