Publish your own "Add Me" button for WLM
Microsoft has just made it easier for you to ask your friends, relatives, etc. to add you to their WLM contact list. This site allows you to "create a button that fits your personal style or even just your mood. Add the button to your Windows Live Hotmail, Outlook and other email signatures, Windows Live Spaces, or blog, and your friends and family can simply click your button to add you to their contact list."
However, note that your potential contacts need to be running Internet Explorer (not Firefox or Opera) and they should already have the latest WLM8.1 or 8.5, in order for this to work. Microsoft neglected to provide a link to download WLM in their website above, so here it is.

I got really excited when I first saw this post: "Sweet! My own 'add me' button!" (I thought). Then immediately got disappointed when I read this part: "your potential contacts need to be running Internet Explorer (not Firefox or Opera)." ..."Oh... S$%&)." (Was my second thought).
Then again, it's Microsoft...I should have known. =/ It looks nice and everything, but it is disappointing that it will only work in Internet Explorer. (In my opinion). Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. Facebook|Myspace|BBB Podcast|BBB Blogring|TheBigBlueBlog|About Falling |
