[READ FIRST] Trouble signing into MSN Messenger 6?

I tried the resetting password and it still wont let me sign on it comes up sayin your acct has been locked for security reasons. any one know y it would say tha? has someone tried to sign on my name and got the password wrong so much tha it wont work or what?

i've had a lot of problems with my MSN as well, mainly not signing in (often with error 0x81000301) or not being able to reply/recieve messages from ppl. In my case it was weird cause most of the time MSN worked fine till about an hour of 4 in the afternoon and then it acted ****ty till about midnight.
But, on another forum i've found something that has helped me so far, 10min ago I couldn't sign in because of those errors. I downloaded and opened the file, did a reboot and now all is working well. I could sign in and I sent a message to someone and 5min later still no return of my messages. It's called WinsockXPFix.exe, mainly has to do with fixing firewall/spyware things (i'm not hero whit this kind of stuf )

i also have been having trouble with signing into my MSN accounts or any accounts at all and its really givin me da sh*ts I neva have had this problem b4 until recently and it says that there is a troubleshoot error code 0x81000370 wen I go onto MSN messenger and when I get it 2 scan my comp 4 any problems it says theres no problems and 2 try again later I also have another problem when im trying to get to my messages or any other accounts when I sign in it says the page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings and I have checked my browser settings and tried later I have tried everythin that I know to do but still the same thing has been happenin ova and ova again and its just bullsh*t and I just dont know wat 2 do now I just dont have a clue and it seems everything I try is just hopeless please sum1 tell me how 2 fix it plz

I'm here 'cause I reeeeeeeeeally need help
I got 0x81000301, too... It's happening since + or - 6 months
I'm sure it's not my firewall or IE, I even reformated the pc, and its still won't connect, but I can acess it in other Pcs... I also made a new adress usen a PC in my High School, I can acess it fine in other PCs, but not in mine. I can't send e-mails to hotmails acounts, either. I tried to send a mail to a firend and he didn't got it when I sent to his hotmail account. Then I sent the same file to another account that isn't hotmail and he got it.
I treid EVERYTHING I FOUND in this thread and in other sites. NOTHING!when I try changin' thing in IE tools advanced and that things, I get the 0x801000370 error. I tried to fix it reading LOOOTS of stuff, and didn't help.I'm REEEEEALY bored! I use MSN a lot and I really miss it... I'm using e-messenget and other stuff like it, but it its not the same. they really SUCK to tell the truth x.x

I having a problem with my MSN messenger 6.2 same problems abt Voice and camra and im using Xp Pro sence this version out for messenger I cann't use it. I tried many time to delet it and install it again but still same this no voice and no cam. When I use cam its just a blacke screen shows. Is any body pls help me abt this matter I will be very gr8 full to u.

Step-1
Open New Browser and type hotmail.com
Give your username and password.
If its stops then leave that window as such.

Step-2
Again open new window
Type lovelynepal.com in address bar.
Click on the hotmail bug.

Step-3
Switch your window to hotmail error page
Ctrl+v or paste on the address bar of stoped hotmail page
and hit enter

Hi again. I FOUND WHAT`S MY PROBLEM! somehow my modem blocked port 80 =( I don`t know how to open it so any help will be very welcome!

Megumi, try running a Spyware or Adware removal tool, such as Adaware SE Pro. Typically, modems do NOT block port 80, rather a piece of malicious software on the computer. Port 80 is HTTP. It is highly unlikely your modem has blocked this port, oh and if it did, then I would be curious to as how you posted this reply? =) Also, check http://www.bigblueball.com/forums/sh...ad.php?t=27445 where Sjoerd outlines what to for cleaning up your PC. well, i`ll try the things you listed, but i`d only like to say that i even formated my pc 2 times, and i sacn it everyday, so its not spy/adware lol
the problem is sure my modem
the funny thing is that i scanned several times and it ALWAYS say port 80 is blocked, *lol again XD*
i`m not sure if is the 80 that doesn`t allow me to connect, but the problem IS my modem, recently (- than 1 week ago*)a friend got my pc, tried to enter using another modem or something like that, i really don`t understand these stuff, and he did it, it worked =/

I d/l'd and installed MSN Messenger 6.02 but when I try to log into it, this is the message I get....PROGRAM ERROR Your program is making an invalid dynamic link call to a .DLL file. Any ideas Anyone?
