Please help. voice chatting problem

After I upgrade my Gigabyte GA-8IG1000 Pro (Rev. 2) mainboard, I'm struggling to voice chatting via MSN messenger 6.2.
I've no problem with my webcam I can see other side and they can see me. BUT I've problem with voice chatting.
I can hear other side's voice but other side can't hear my voice.

To solve this problem, I tried…

1. I've checked with other version of MSN messenger such as ver. 4.7, 5.0, and 6.1 but still got the same problem.

2. With Sound Recorder application on my windows XP professional, I can record my voice and I can replay that recorded voice.

3. Checked the sound control panel and every configuration are O.K. but still got the same problem.

4. Logitech's Quickcam has Mic function in it. Same problem either I choose the Realtek AC97 audio or Logitech's Quickcam Mic on MSN messenger setup menu.

5. Disabled the onboard Realtek AC97 audio on BIOS and installed Creative Lab's Sound Blaster Live Value card into the PCI slot with appropriate driver installation. To avoid driver conflict, I've format and reinstalled my windows XP pro. However, still same problem with Sound Blaster Live Value sound card. Other side can't hear my voice. My Sound Blaster Live Value sound card is O.K. I've check with other system and working fine.

6. I've checked my Webcam and headset with other computer system (GA-8SIMLH-P mainboard installed). My Webcam and headset are working fine with MSN Messenger 6.2 or other versions of MSN Messenger.

Spec. of my system:

Mainboard: GA-8IG1000 Pro (Rev. 2)
CPU: Intel Pentium 3.0 Ghz
Memory: DDR 512 Mhz
O/S: Microsoft Windows XP Professional
Microsoft MSN Messenger 6.2
Logitech Quickcam Messenger USB
Labtec Voice Headset with Microphone.

Can Anybody help or experienced same problem with mine?
