Can't get rid of block-checker messege

I accidentlt clicked this as it came up on one of my MSN conversations. I uninstalled it ran Adaware Norton antivirus Xolosoft and got the IE page redirection to stop but still while I'm chatting to some one or other random people on my list they get the messege "download www.block-checker.com" it's anoying how do I get rid of this message?

http://www.block-checker.com/help.php that page has something that is suppose to remove it. How can I disable the Block Checker tell a friend program? is the part I believe you need to look at.

Yeah well you can download direct removal instructions from http://www.block-checker.com/remove.php too

I just removed this annoying tell-a-friend program a couple days ago.
