i have a big problem with getting the msn sound alerts to work. it just
doesnt play sounds with new messages and stuff even though sounds are
set to be on. i know my sound card is working fine and all other sounds
on the computer work. ive tried the volume and everything too. when i
go into sound setting it plays the sound file as a preview but doesnt
work normally. im really confused and really need to get this working. ive also looked in the registry and made sure the sounds check up and they seem to. any idea whats going on? thanks in advance.
