Problems Sending messages

Hi

My name is hector and I have a problem. I can't send messages to other people sometimes. I'm at work and employees comunicate each other by messenger 7.5. on the network. When you want to send somebody a message it appears an error on the screen that says "the following messages could not be delivered to all recipients".

I've already send e-mails to msn support and follow their instructions and the problem persist.
The instructions they sent me were this ones:

The following conditions may apply:

- The computer is not connected to the Internet.
- The contact you expect an instant message from is not in your contact list.
- The "All others" option is listed in the "My Block List" on the "Privacy" tab.

Please try the following steps in the order they appear to help resolve this issue.

1. Visit http://www.msn.com or another Web site to determine if the computer is connected to the Internet.

2. Determine if the contact is in the "My Block List:"

a. From the main Messenger window, on the "Tools" menu, click "Options."
b. On the "Privacy" tab, determine if the contact is in the "My Block List."
c. If the contact is blocked, select his or her name in the "My Block List," click "Allow," and then click "OK."

3. Clear the "Only people on my Allow List can see my status and send me messages" check box.

a. From the main Messenger window, on the "Tools" menu, click "Options."
b. On the "Privacy" tab, clear the "Only people on my Allow List can see my status and send me messages" check box.
c. Click "OK."

I did all that and the problem persist.
We also checked the server and the settings an everything seems normal.
I also checked that the security tab in the options menu has the option "allow me to connect directly to my contacts when sending messages". unchecked.
This problem started a few days ago and we've never experienced it before.

I would appreciate it a lot if somebody help me solve this problem.

Thanks....

Hello hector and welcome to bigblueball

Have a look at this thread to see if it will be of any help. Try searching the forum too, there have been quite a few threads concerning the same problem.

The road to success is always under construction.
