k well i did it now it works but whats weird is that my sister had this version b4 me and still does and now she got the problem so i dont think it has to do with that could be something else plus i had more ppl on my other 1 then this i dunno why here i have 350 other 1 was like 360 or 361 plus non messaging ones and in groups some maybe

There are connectivity issues as well as missing contact issues with the new version. The WLM team is aware of them and is working on them.

However, it sounds like the biggest of your issues was resolved by applying the mandatory upgrade. I'd sit tight and hopefully they will have a fix for the other issues soon.

Try removing anything that needs to bypass the firewall like zone alarm or Norton. Except one time I did that my computer then kept accessing pay sites and such.
