If you are also having sign in issues (as from your last post) it is possible the two are related. My guess would be the server isn't updating your account properly and that's why the contacts aren't displaying and working properly.
Did this problem start when you upgraded to the current WLM or has it been going on longer? I'm going to take a look over on another newsgroup for some info, but that site is unavailable at the moment - I'm pretty sure I've seen other people with this issue and I'll try to find the solution for you. Any additional info you can give on when it started, if you've scanned your system for malware and/or removed and viruses lately, any system changes (updates or new programs) anything like that would be most helpful. -Doris- Microsoft MVP 2009 - Windows Live Messenger |
