Click Start Go to Run Type regedit Open HKEY_CURRENT_USER Navigate to Software and open it Then Microsoft Then WindowsLive Then Communications Client Then Shared (right-click and delete it) Exit regedit Reboot Sign on I did the above a couple of times, but it still won't work. The older version will still work, but not the 8.1. When i delete the "Shared" folder and reboot, the folder and contents are still there. Is there something else i can do? Thanks for your time |

I'm running WLM9 and have been having problems communicating with only one contact. they don't receive any messages from my main windows live ID. I signed up for a new ID, signed in and added them, and was able to message them fine.
This happens on all four of my computers. any thoughts? |
