Problems with logging into Windows Live Messenger/Hotmail.
I can't log into my Windows Live Messenger account or Hotmail, when I try to sign into WLM it comes up with the error 'Windows Live Messenger could not sign you in because the Windows Live ID you entered does not exsist or is incorrect. If you have forgotten your password click forgot your password? at the bottom of the main Messenger window. Error code:80048823.' I find this strange as I had logged into my hotmail a few hours before this error occoured. I then tried to log onto my hotmail inbox as I thought there may be a problem with the WLM service at that time. When I attemped to log into my hotmail it said that the password or e-mail address was incorrect so i entered it a few more times to make sure it wasn't a typing error, although it keeps saying that the password is incorrect. I'm not sure why this is, and i can't reset my password as I can't remember my secret question answer. I contacted hotmail and WLM customer service about this problem, although unfortunatley no reply as yet. It is important that i gain access to this e-mail address again, but how?
Any advice would be greatly apprciated.
