Disappearing MSN Live/Yahoo Accounts??

This is going to sound really strange but I cannot sign into Windows Live Messenger with my one screen name that Ive been using recently. I SWEAR Im typing it in correctly, as well as the password...and it keeps saying that username or password is incorrect. I KNOW they are not! And to make things even MORE wierd....the same exact thing is happening to my Yahoo Messenger screen name....Its like my accounts disappeared from both Yahoo and MSN Live overnight! Anybody ever hear of this?

No I've not heard of it, but it might be worth scanning your computer for malware. This is the type of thing that can happen with certain infections. They can disable access to certain programs, or even steal passwords. The fact that both YH and WLM are acting up at the very same time would make this more likely than if just one or the other was a problem.

Run at least 2 scans with separate malware programs - I strongly suggest you use Malwarebytes as the first scan as well as a second program of your choosing.

Let us know how it goes.
