WLM server issues

Apparently, the WLM servers are misbehaving. There are little burps from time to time, but issues have been reported over the last day or so and don't seem to be letting up.

You may experience incorrect status information on contacts (including online/offline presence), email addresses showing instead of display names and/or problems interacting and messaging with your contacts.

This is a server side issue. There is nothing you can do to fix any problems you may have as a result of this. They will resolve on their own, it's just a matter of time.
