YAHOO MESSENGER INVALID LOGIN

Dear All,

I would like to share to you all guys my experienced with yahoo customer service. I reported a supposed yahoo messenger bugs but they don't want to admit it. (I called yahoo customer in US from Singapore) using this number +1408 34933-00 and one fellow from the customer answered and she told me she cannot do anyting about it. She is insisting that I HAVE VIOLATED the policy rules of yahoo... wherein honestly i did not, im just simply using my chat id for chatting with my friends and i never used any vulgar words or discriminating words eversince in the chat. Thats why i was telling this customer support fellow, please give me the reason, how it was happend????...

What i remember was whenever you enter in any of the chat rooms and if the chat room is full and you get an error.. or message that room is full that you will have now the problem in loging in to yahoo messeger. you will get PASSWORD INVALID and etc...

it happend to all my 3 yahoo messenger ID i cannot used it anymore, It is giving me problem regarding INVALID LOGIN i have tried all the yahoo help that they provided online.. but t??? this doesnt work i have send several mails already to this support group but the reply seems via auto generated mails and cannot really help... Yha we admit that yahoo is a free service... but still they have the responsibities now to deliver a good service as all the people using yahoo service is relying to them already.

Now based on my experienced it is more better to used MSN (Hotmail Service) rather than YAHOO messeger they are giving now very poor service.. i have just spend money calling them and they never give any good solutions at all..


Please pass this message to all your friends as protest for yahoo messenger service... i need everyones help.
