Voice chat problem

Hey guys, this is my first time here, i hope you guys can help me.

Anyway, i have this problem while chatting with my friend over at Australia. Im using DSL connection and she's using 56K connection. My connection is shared through a router. I can log on to yahoo msger and we can always have a normal IRC like chat without problems. When we enable the voice chat, i can always hear her talk very clearly but the problem is that she cant hear me. I have run the audio setup test and i passed all the test. I could hear my own echo for the last test.

I also have a webcam and she can see my webcam without any problems too. I just that i cant talk to her and is kinda irritating sometimes. Please help me.

When you speak, remember you need to either depress the talk button or click on handsfree. If you see the voice bar fluctuate when you speak into your mic, that means you're broadcasting successfully. Make sure she sees it fluctuate also on her side. Try voice with another user and see if that works, that way you can pinpoint which side has the problem.

Yeap, i press the talk button and i can see the voice bar colours. It's like she's not receiving the voice data. I'll try it out again.Thanks anyway!

well blstz ask her if she can do voice chat with other people!!! if she can hear them then its gotta do something with ur mess... also can u do voice chat with others????
try these 2 things and c what happens....
