Remove my ID from others Yahoo messenger

Hello everybody,

Is there any new method for removing my ID from others friend list? Previously I used Yahoo Deny Buddy site but at the moment it does not work.

I'm looking for your help.
Thanks

You can use a chat client called JAM that removes your name from someone's list; I think I read about it on this site but i couldnt find the thread. Here's the link http://www.geocities.com/trolling_around/ All you need to do is log in to your id, select the persons name and click on reject and they're gone. They also receive a message saying that you have rejected them.

Next time I will try to be nicer if you try to be smarter.

Rythem send Jeff an Email leading him to learn about this. He can check it out and we can go from there. I dont see how it would work now that Yahoo has changed things so none of the others work but this one still be able to. Jeff will let us know. Thank You.

But of recently Yahoo has changed things so that these type of things wont work. Have you tried to do it yourself and has it been since the changes took place??

I think it only works if your friend has added your main ID, it doesn't work if he has added your alias.

Hmmmm, if theyve added an alias, just put THAT in the YahooID box, put the MainIDs password (all aliases share the password of the parent ID) into the password box and then hit 'Connect' - childIDs can be logged in exactly the same as a ParentID.

Once youve done this you can reject people (remove the currently logged in ID from others lists).

The recent change by Yahoo was to remove the html method of contact rejection - JAM uses YMSG11.

Just as a side note - theres a link to DaB on my site(s)

http://www.geocities.com/troling_around

-or-

http://trolling_around.tripod.com

DaB (DenyABuddy) is a small utility that does as its name implies - it logs your ID in using web-messenger (which means your ID will get logged out of Yahoo if you use this whilst it is logged into messenger) and remove you name from someones list. (WARNING - DaB doesnt appear to work for all yahooID/rejectID combinations - tiz a yahoo thing JAM is much more reliable (but a bigger download).

Thanks Trolling. JAM program works but it sends a message box saying that the user denies you. I'm going to be removed without any message so that the others do not notice I deleted my name from their list as soon as they log in. Is it possible?
