Deny a buddy program that works

I don't think it'd work anymore, not sure. This DAB program and several others use an older protocol version.

Ones inside chat clients *should* work.

It won't work anymore past three days from now. All deny-a-buddy applications I've encountered isn't updated to YMSGv15 or YMSGv16 and will fail to login past September 30th.

Thank you for explaining why DAB no longer works. I haven't used it for a while but I needed it today, so when I saw it repeatedly failed to authenticate I tried to find another program or an updated version and I found this discussions.
Could you, please, send me an e-mail (I suppose you have access to my user data) if you find a program with an updated protocol? It's rather difficult to function without.

You all should have read all the pages in this thread. The software posted on page 2, http://www.trolling.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/DAB3/DaB3.exe , works fine. I have just used it today. I've also had problems with my old "DaB3.exe" refusing to log on but it seems that the new one (v3.003) is working fine. It has a new checkbox labeled "Use Alt Server" that, if ticked, did the trick for me.
