How can I integrate Yahoo Messenger to my Website?

I am trying to include yahoo messenger in a website like what I did to Windows Netmeeting. (Pls see this link http://www.freewebs.com/alshayeb/employees.htm ) but I prefer using yahoo messenger over Netmeeting. Is there a way I could do this? I have been Googling for almost a month now and I could not find a script to do this. If you could also provide an alternative like launching ypager.exe from a webpage it would be helpful. Thanks.

EDIT: Moved from New? Start Here

Hi!

Well, I assume you mean like they can click something to contact you through Yahoo! Messenger directly (Y!Pager, not the web messenger). This is indeed possible, as you may notice I am using it in my signiture. You can do it like if you want it to IM them when they click a link, and to have a custom message when you get the IM.
Put

<a href="ymsgr:sendIM?screen_name&m=Hello, I am IMing you off of blah.com">Contact Me Via Yahoo! Messenger</a>

You can also have it to show whether you're online or not at the time. Yahoo! has given us several options on the online/offline status notification image, although we can't make our own like AIM. The URL to showing whether someone is online or offline Yahoo! Messenger is:

<IMG alt="Yahoo! Status (Online/Offline)" src="http://opi.yahoo.com/online?u=screen_name&m=g&t=1" border="0">

You see where it says "t=1"? Change the number to 2 or whatever you want to see a different image. One just shows a gray or yellow smiley, and the one I use shows a full little image saying "Online" or "Offline". Good luck I hope this helped.

thanks nick! I think that would help. although I was thinking of completely placing te YIM user interface on my website to make it look like it's a part of the page. but this would serve the purpose. Thanks a lot!

If it's more or less just for looks i'd say take a screenshot of yahoo save it as an image and create a image map with maybe your name looking like it's on the buddylist and people can click it to message you

Yeah, you could take a screen shot, cut it out and paste as new image, then slice it up using photoshop to make it however you want. If you mean you want to embed it in your website like actually using their servers to IM each other somehow, I don't know.
