OK, Decided to share Skin Screenshots!

I have decided to release some screens of the skin im in the progress of designing. I released these screens because I have had such a headache with yahoo's skinning options. This screen was originally designed around a theme I have for a Media Player im also in the process of coding and designing. I have not decided yet if im going to release this skin to the public yet because of the lack of options Ymessenger gives you for black skins or all skins for that matter. I am debating on porting it over to Trillian. This is my first attempt at a yahoo skin which to my dismay has given me much disappointment of the options available in skinning the messenger. Either way I will continue to work on this. Have a look and let me know what you think.

Defintly a nice job. I am interested to see what it looks like with unmodified .dll's. Since thats what it would look like if you offered a .zip. But it looks like you have spent sometime on it.

Read Yahoo's help page....
Please Note: Currently you cannot create your own Skins or Themes with the Messenger 6.0.

So what I was hoping is that in a future release they make it more skin-friendly, with backgrounds and such... probably won't, but hey, we can hope, right?

yes amy. I do remember reading this. fortunatly we have proven them wrong that it is able to be skinned. just some minor options not available without some minor modifications. Kinda silly to release a section inside the messenger to change through skins without offering a fully Skinnable atmostphere.
