software for showing movie on webcam

hi members, I am in search of software for broadcasting a movie which is saved on my hard disk through webcam or without webcam. I have some movies on my hard disk. and I want to show it to my chat friend directly by webcam. I know the common method to point web cam on screen. but I dont like that method. I want to show movie to my chat friend without loss in quality. can any one tell the best solution for my requirement. also give link for download that software.

Actually, I haven't use that software yet, but I did read through it and haven't found any features that might relate to anant's question. I will look into it but it would be nice if you could explain more.

Down load the prog and try it out. What would you like to know? I just looked at the prog that u suggested. It replays jpegs I was wondering, how would you break u break up a vid into jpegs?
