Yahoo Messenger script error

Hello to all ! Since about a week every time me or one of my contacts loads an IMvironment I get the following error:

An error has occurred in the script on this page

Error:'IMV' is null or not an object

And then the messanger crashes, any idea what this is all about and what can I do to correct it ??? I have tried deleting everything related to yahoo and reinstaling everything but the error keeps coming back. I'm running Windows XP SP2,and Yahoo Messenger version 6,0,0,1750

having similar trouble.
i cant use yahoo at all.
error message is:

Did you both use the suite online installer ?

try full uninstall and use the full install file of 8.0 complete below.
