what does a web cam look like when veiwing

Can you explain what you mean? Are you wondering about how the picture looks on the other end (the viewer)? Is this a question about image quality?

The actual webcam window looks very similar to the Webcam Broadcast window. I'm happy to provide a screenshot if you like. Obviously i'll ink out the person on the other end

But if you are referring to image quality, then it depends very much on two main factors:

Type of webcam
Speed of Internet connection

Add your ID to the buddy list, start your webcam,you see the local webcam window, click on "view my webcam" next to your ID and you get the second webcam window showing what would be seen by other viewer and you can evaluate the quality.
